Cancellation and Return Policy 

How can I cancel my order?  You can cancel the order by calling our customer support for Hubli +91-90351 46369  or ping us on chat.  We will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.

 

Can I edit my order?  Yes you can edit the order by calling our customer support for Hubli – +91-90351 46369 or ping us on chat within 15 mins of placing the order. The customer support agent  can help you to add/remove individual items within the order.

Note: 

  • The partial refund cannot be accepted once your order is sent for processing.
  • Any modification on the order, the existing order will be cancelled and replaced with the new order number.

Delivery 

Is there a minimum order? Yes, there is an minimum bill value of Rs.149 excluding delivery charges.  Delivery charges We charge a nominal fee of Rs.100 for all scheduled orders and Rs. 49 for express deliveries. For the Hubli store’s

  • Slot 1 – 07:30 am to 10:30 am
  • Slot 2 – 09:30 am to 12:30 pm
  • Slot 3 – 10:30 am to 12:30 pm
  • Slot 4 – 11:00 pm to 01:30 pm
  • Slot 5 – 01:30 pm to 03:30 pm
  • Slot 6 – 03:30 pm to 05:30 pm
  • Slot 7 – 04:30 pm to 06:30 pm
  • Slot 8 – 05:30 pm to 07:30 pm

Note: To avail schedule delivery, the customer has to place the order 2hours mins prior to the slot timing starts. Express Delivery carries 49rs charges and the order will be delivered with in 120 mins from the ordering time. What are your delivery timings? We deliver every day of the week from 7.30am – 7.00pm.  Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase? You are free to browse our site, but when we deliver, we need to know who you are and where you stay. Therefore, we need you to register before making your purchase. 

Didn’t get a Bill when you walked in to store?

  1. Customers should report to the support team on the same day by reaching the support number 90351 46369 for Hubli.
  2. Customer complaints will be investigated and resolved within 2-3 working days from the date of complaint raised. 
  3. After successful completion of investigation the money will be added to the customer wallet within 3-4 working days.

Hassle free COD orders   

How can I use the UPI option?  Once the delivery executive reach your location, you can ask him to show the QR code from his Meatchops.in rider app, you can just scan the QR code using Google pay/Phone pay/PayTM for paying the amount and enjoy the Hassle free COD.   

Can I pay in cash to delivery person?     

Yes, once you pay the cash to the rider 

Online payment 

Is my credit card information safe on your site? Absolutely. All online payment related transactions are carried out through the secure payment gateway and are Payment Card Industry Certified (PCI DSS Certified).   Will I be charged any additional fee for using online payment option? No, we don’t charge any additional fee. My bank is not listed in the online payment option, how do I pay? You can try paying through your Credit/Debit card, Online Wallets, PayU or through Cash on Delivery.

    Returns, Replacements and Refunds

    My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do? Our products undergo multiple quality check before they leave our store. However in the rare case that your order was damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement, cancellation or refund by contacting our customer support for Hubli – +91-90351 46369 and  within 15 minutes of receiving the products.  

    Note : For any quality complaints. it is compulsory to hold the product in the original packaging for review by our quality team. Basis product availability, we will arrange for replacement or will refund the amount.

    Products can only be returned if?

    1. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
    2. If wrong items were delivered against your order.
    3. Unacceptable delay in delivering the order
